No, "regressed eyeball" is not a disease. Here "regressed" refers to the placement of the eyeball fixture in a splay baffle for a slightly more concealed look. The 420W has a white on white finish that would fit in just about any decor style. You can order custom trim rings, too: the TRM6 line offers you a variety of finish options, and if you cut your opening too large, the oversize trim ring (#OT403) can cover up your mistake.
