(More customer reviews)The first time I ordered this light fixture, it arrived with one of the light bulbs completely shattered.I returned it immediately and was sent a new fixture the next day.Very fast service!It looks just like it is pictured and even though the dome is plastic and the whole thing lightweight, it does not look cheap.I was looking forward to having it in my kitchen.
My only problem with this light is that it says inside that it must be attached to a GROUNDED outlet.I'm not sure when grounding all outlets became code, but my house was built in 1955 and does not have ground wires at the outlets.At great expense we have grounded a few of the our outlets but it would cost a lot of money to ground this particular outlet in the kitchen ceiling. I have had to return it.
